Concern Australia works in partnership with young people and children aged 5-21 who are experiencing disadvantage, creating opportunities for them to enjoy full and meaningful lives. Each year our dedicated team of 30 staff and 60 volunteers connect with 30,000 young people and children Australia-wide through six innovative programs focusing on Education, Housing and Homelessness, and Justice. STEPS OUTREACH SERVICE Support for young people experiencing homelessness. INSIDE OUT Assists young people in Child Protection and the Youth Justice System to transition toward independent living. LIVEWIRES After-school care and holiday programs for primary aged children living in and around the Collingwood Public Housing Estate. HAND BRAKE TURN Practical, hands-on automotive and pre-vocational training and mentoring. VALUES FOR LIFE Seminars for primary and secondary schools throughout Australia.
